Kaba languages of max & lily solid wood full size bed grey

The Kaba languages, also called Sara Kaba but not to be confused with the Sara languages, comprise three to five languages of Chad and the Central African Republic. They are BongoBagirmi languages of the Central Sudanic language family.

The most populous Kaba languages are Kaba Deme and Kaba Naa (Kaba Na, Kaba Nar), spoken by about forty thousand people apiece. Others are Kaba proper (Ta Sara), Kaba/Sara Dunjo, and Kulfa (Kaba So, Kurmi). It is not clear that Naa, Dunjo, and Kaba proper (Ta Sara) are actually distinct languages. Kulfa speakers are ethnically distinct.

The terms "Kaba" and "Sara" are generic and often interchangeable, and do not correspond to the somewhat arbitrarily named Kaba and Sara branches of Central Sudanic. Kabba and Kabba Laka, for example, are Sara languages, and many of the Kaba languages go under the names "Kaba", "Sara", and "Kaba Sara".

Ayatollah of Rock 'n' Rolla of max & lily solid wood full size bed grey

Ayatollah of Rock 'n' Rolla is a 2014 single released by Soulfly. The song was first released on the album Savages in 2013. The song's title was inspired by a quote from the film Mad Max 2.

The song features Neil Fallon of Clutch, providing clean vocals in addition to roars by Max Cavalera. The song contains elements of Southern metal in the Pantera style.

Fallon has thoughts about himself and Cavalera singing together, "I am stoked to have been asked by Max to participate on the 'Ayatollah of Rock 'N' Rolla' track! Max brought Clutch out on some of our earliest and most formative tours and this brought back some very fond memories of singing with Max all those years ago." Cavalera quoted about his likeness to Ghost Cult magazine, "A song like 'Ayatollah of Rock 'N' Rolla,' it was something totally new. I never did anything like that before. It starts with like this country, cowboy riff, and Neil starts talking over it and it was so killer! And of course that line in the chorus 'Ayatollah of Rock 'N' Rolla' is from Mad Max. It's probably my favorite song on the album. I don't want to make the same record over and over." Cavalera commented to Songfacts about why he wanted Neil Fallon to join him, "I thought it was a great idea to do a song with Clutch, and mixing Soulfly and Clutch together in the same song for me sounded just so amazing and unusual and wild and exotic, which was great. We did it and it sounds killer."

Description of max & lily solid wood full size bed grey

For The Eye of Silence Max Ernst employed a technique called decalcomania to create arbitrary textures on the canvas, which he then reworked to resemble rock formations and forms of animals, plants, and architecture. The imagery on the surrealist canvas has been described as a primordial-like landscape, "in which rock-hard and gelatinous formations coexist under a forbidding sky." The Eye of Silence has also been described as, "part vegetation, part rock and part bejewelled baroque palace. A fusion of animal, mineral and vegetable, the painting's texture suggests bone, rag, feather and stone all at once, whilst the lake or chasm situated in its middle ground is carved out of a rock placed illogically against the sky"

Piet or Revolution by Night of max & lily solid wood full size bed grey

Piet or Revolution by Night (Piet ou La rvolution la nuit) (1923) is a painting by German surrealist and Dadaist Max Ernst. Since 1981 it has been part of the collection of the Tate Gallery in London.

The painting is interpreted as symbolic of the turbulent relationship between the artist and his father, as an amateur painter and staunch Catholic. In the painting, Ernst replaces the classic image of the Virgin Mary holding the crucified body of Jesus (piet) with his father as Mary and the artist himself as Jesus. The expressions on both faces are blank as though in a state of sleepwalking.

In the background drawn on a wall is a man with a bandaged head ascending a flight of stairs. A profile on the work in the British newspaper The Guardian indicates the figure could represent either Sigmund Freud or the French poet Guillaume Apollinaire, who suffered a head wound during World War I.

Piet or Revolution by Night is an example of the early period of the surrealist movement. Its title reflects the revolutionary sentiments of the movement, and in particular of its founder, Andr Breton. This image is notable for its combination of heavily textured surfaces and sharp, hand-drawn outlines.
